We value your time as a patient and professional so we try our hardest to reduce your wait time to as little as possible.  We ask that you extend the same courtesy to our staff and our other patients.

Due to missed appointments, in cases when patients do not call or show up we must implement a $25.00 cancellation fee.  The cancellation fee starts effective 10-17-2016.  

After the third (3rd) no call, no show missed appointment, future patient services may be canceled and declined and a loss of patient privileges.

We have an answering/messaging system where you may leave a message as a form of notification.  When using the answering/messaging system we ask that you notify us a minimum 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.  You may also email us.  

Mutual respect is a policy we pride ourselves on at Advanced Wellness Center.
