Chris Curry, APRN
Dr. Curry holds a doctorate in Professional Nursing, which is the highest degree of education that one can attain in the field of nursing. He has his Advanced Practioner Registered Nursing degree (APRN) along with a Doctorate of Professional Nursing (DPN) and is Board Certified in Family Practice and Functional Medicine with his fellowship in Sports Medicine.
He also served our country flying H-60 helicopters during Desert Storm and was awarded the Navy Flying Cross and Silver Star for actions during this conflict. After his service in the Navy, he received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Florida. While working at the Tampa General Trauma Center as an RN, he obtained his Masters Degree as an APRN.
Chris and his family are residents of Leesburg and are very involved in the community. He provides medical advice and assistance to the Leesburg High School and has served on the board of the Lake-Sumter Boys & Girls club. Dr. Curry and his staff voluntarily provide Annual Sports Physicals to numerous local schools such as Leesburg High, Carver & Oak Park Middle, Eustis Middle & more. Chris is also very involved in numerous local charities throughout the Lake County area.
Our newest addition, please join us in welcoming Dr. Hess from Coral Springs, Fl. Dr. Hess is a passionate and dedicated orthopedic surgeon in Central Florida. His clinical interests include rehabilitation for orthopedic and spine patients. Dr. Hess is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, and he is currently a member of the North American Spine Society. He performs orthopedic consultations, disc replacements, sacroiliac joint fusions, and stem cell injections. Dr. Hess welcomes patients who are experiencing back problems, herniated disk, scoliosis, degenerative disease, and neck problems, among other orthopedic issues. He earned his medical degree from Temple Medical School and then completed his orthopedic residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center. Later, he finished his training with a spine fellowship at the Maryland Spine and Scoliosis Center at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Johns Hopkins University Hospital. During his free time, Dr. Hess volunteers his time to patients who cannot afford orthopedic and spine care. His hobbies include equestrian sports and activities, collecting art, reading, live music, and spending time with his three daughters

Gina Curry is a Trauma Nurse with over 30 years of experience in the medical field. She manages the medical operations side of the office, orders supplies, performs pre-operative clearances, processes blood draws and monitors patients during surgicals procedures. Gina is also going to school full-time to earn her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

Kim L. Allman
Practice Manager
Kim joined the team in December 2015 with over 35 years of Management, Finance & Lending experience. She earned a degree in Banking & Finance from the University of Florida. She handles the every day operations of the Practice, from insurance claims, insurance credentialing, office/medical credentialing, to taking patient's vitals and giving injections. In addition to managing the practice, Kim handles all the medical billing, coding, accounts payables/receivables, business contracting, patient insurance payments, patient statements, business tax returns, banking & office payroll, annual business filings, patient requests/complaints, medication/supply management and more. She is there to assist you with whatever you may need.
Patti joined our team in the summer of 2019. She reigns from South Florida with over 30+ years of medical experience in billing, coding, medical assisting and has experience in medical/office management with an extensive background in Orthopedics. Patti will be the smiling face you see when you need your vitals taken or need an injection. She does the blood draws/labs, urinalysis, administers therapeutic exercises, performs ultrasound therapy, along with IPL/Laser treatments, and administers the pre-operative clearances. She also assists in taking Radiology/X-ray images, office sugeries/procedures, and is a back-up to Kim with the medical coding & billing. Patti is there to help you with anything you may need.

Amber joined the team in early 2021 fresh out of school for Medical Coding & Billing. Amber will be the first smiling face to greet you at the front desk. She handles all the insurance verifications, insurance co-pays, insurance deductibles and patient payments. She gets prior authorizations & approvals, processes medical records requests, processes subpeona's, sends referrals out and orders patient's diagnostic testing as instructed. Amber is also there to handle all the patient scheduling, appointment requests, incoming/outgoing faxes, medication refills and anything else she can assist you with.
